HISTORY OF RECORDS AVAILABLE FROM THIS SITE.

The records available from this site are all original pressings, most over 30
years old, found in an old Louisiana warehouse in the process of hunting for
the infamous Johnny Rebel.  90% of them are new, unplayed copies. The rest
are used, returned records. Those that are used will be advertised as such.
If there is no notation, you can assume the copies are new. In the process of
looking for Johnny Rebel, and his recordings, I also found that a great
number of other "white pride"-type artists were also represented by sister
labels of Rebel Records (Big K {Hmmm. I wonder what that stands for?},
Conservative, X-Rated, W.O.W.,etc.), all under the auspices of J.D. Miller,
owner of the little studio in Crowley,La. that originally recorded Johnny
Rebel, Happy Fats, and Son of Mississippi. (James Crow's records were
recorded elsewhere, and sent to Mr. Miller for release, apparently.) Among
these other artists were the White Riders, The Jiggs (Jiggaboos?), and
another of  Johnny Rebel's alter ego's-Filthy McNasty. The Filthy McNasty
records being very similar to David Allen Coe's rated X material, though it
pre-dated it by several years. Consequently, between Rebel Records, and her
sister labels, it's clear that the vast majority of these "Klan"-type
recordings so popular in the late 60's came from the same studio, all from
Mr. J.D. Miller's stable of artists. I also found a whole slew of other
recordings made by Johnny Rebel under the 6 other aliases he recorded under
over the years. I've put those that I was fortunate enough to find multiples
copies of up for sale from this site, as well. Consequently, nearly the
entirety of Johnny Rebel's discography, under ALL his different names, plus a
great deal of the most popular of the other artists of this ilk, are
available from this site. Johnny Rebel was even kind enough to autograph a
fair number of the records for sale from this site. This site also contains
the transcript from the first ever interview with Johnny Rebel in over 30
years. The prices listed are for individual records. If you buy more than
one, the price will be discounted quite a bit, so write with a list of what
you want, and I'll get back to you with a total, including shipping. These
are about all that remains of these infamous, timeless records...so don't
miss your chance to own a true piece of musical history. Thanks, and we hope
you enjoy the records.
